God's Will, the Unexpected

Scripture: " I know what I'm doing, I have it all planned out --- plans to take care of you, not abandon you, plans to give you the future you hope for." - Jeremiah 29:11 MSG

Quote: " God's promises are like stars; the darker the night the brighter they shine. - David Nicholas

As we grow in Christ, we learn that God is a God of all things possible.  Some things we expect and some things we least expect.  When He performs the expected, as far as, allowing us to see another day, or helping us make it through another month, it's natural to give him the highest praise.  What happens when He brings on the unexpected; our praises are not so high then.  Slowly we begin to doubt God's actions or decisions and forget that His will not OUR shall be done.  Now, not all unexpected things that happens make us doubt.  A lot of unexpected things brings people closer to God and give Him a praise He has never received before.

When we pray, God definitely hear our prayers, but at the end of the day He is going to do according to His will for us.  Sometimes it turns out better than we expected.  It takes a major strength to walk by faith and not by sight.  I pray for that strength everyday because I know God is in control.  Friends we have to let Abba do His work in our lives; for He knows better than we do.  Let His promises be revealed through the unexpected.

Be blessed and let the love of God shine through you!!!!!

  1. God is awesome!!! Unexpected things from God always turn out to be the greatest gifts from God. Although we may not see the plan from the beginning, God ALWAYS knows the ending from the beginning. We go through life with our own plans, dreams, and goals and God steps in and surprises us with HIS plans. His plans are perfect and un-flawed and they lead us toward a deeper closer relationship with Him. God always has a way of getting us out of our comfort zones when we become complacent. He wants us to continue to grow higher and higher until we reach our full potential in Him. Always expect the unexpected from our heavenly Father, His will is always perfect with perfect timing and perfect plans.
